Who Shangri is for
You already teach, lead, or gather people who trust your work.
You know the experience you want to create, even if the logistics are not solved yet.
You own the program, your audience relationship, and the on-retreat experience.
How it works
Share your practice, audience, evidence, retreat idea, and readiness.
Ben reviews every application and follows up when more context is needed.
We manually match the idea with fitting Retreat Centers and build a personalized packet.
Once the plan is agreed, we coordinate setup while you lead your community.
Clear ownership
You, the Host

What is included
The MVP keeps software deliberately small and uses hands-on coordination where it creates more confidence.
A selective, manual review
We look at the strength of your practice, your relationship with your audience, recent evidence, the retreat idea, and readiness to own the Host role. We may ask for more information, send a proposal, or decline.
What an application is not
Common questions
No. Retreat Center curation is part of the work. If you already have a place in mind, include it in your application and we will review it with the rest of the plan.
No. The Host application and initial review are free. Any business terms come later, with a proposal you can review before deciding whether to continue.
There is no public follower-count cutoff. For the first version, we are focused on Hosts who can show a real relationship with an audience and a credible path to filling a retreat.
A person reviews the full application. We may ask for more information, decline the application, or begin manually matching the retreat with relevant Centers before sending a personalized proposal.
No. Submission is not acceptance, and a proposal is not a guarantee. Fit, availability, economics, agreements, and other launch requirements still need to be confirmed.
